| Why does the tag on the furniture differ from the website description? |
Many of our suppliers use names for wood that don't coinside with the same wood in the US.
For instance, the wood we call "Elm", the Chinese call "Pine". Chinese pine is a hardwood, very similar to Elm, not the softer
Pine we are accustomed to in the US.
We make every effort to accurately describe the wood using the names most commonly used in the US. |

We are able to order most items to be custom made and shipped from our sources.
Custom
orders take approximately 12 weeks for delivery. |

Custom Orders are pieces made on order, while customization is changing pieces we have in
